Thomas Bichko says of The Mailman: “I finally decided on a photograph of my father in his Postal uniform, while on his mail route in Nanty Glo, PA. The photo was taken sometime in the 1950’s. My mother had the photograph in one of her photo albums…The casting process was started in early 2012. After the wax and metal inspections were completed, the final patina was applied in August 2012”.
